Love the look and feel of this chair! However, after moderate use for only 1 month, there are already 2 tears in the seat. I wish the fabric had been a bit tougher or thicker.Could have a higher back and more cushion but overall not bad for home use. A little pricey.Very comfortable. Was a little nervous buying an office chair on line . But very happy I gave it a try.The chair was good until it broke after 5 weeks. Company honored the warranty. They could not give me a replacement chair, but they did credit me the entire purchase.I'd order from them again.This is one of those low-cost chairs and it shows. I should have purchased a little more expensive chair to be satisfied.It keeps sliding downI received the chair on July 26, 2021 and as of today, September 2, 2021, the chair has developed a horrible wobble when you sit. The problem is that it does not have any way of connecting to the piston other than force being applied from the top. Because there is not way to tighten or strengthen the connection, over time it is bound to wobble. This is a design flaw and when you compare this chair to others in the same price range the difference becomes clear. I thought at first it was me and I was just imagining it. I have nearly tipped over twice now and I am going to have to replace this chair. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CHAIR unless this design flaw is fixed.
