A few little adjustments & I'm finally able to do my job with minimal pain down my arms. Having proper neck support is critical & there's not an office chair on the planet with any. They either shove your head forward or supply zero headrest. For what one spends on a chair, you'd think they'd learn to design them properly.There was a faint odor on opening from the material used, but it dissipated quickly.Highly considering a second one for the truck!
