Pros: I love the heated massage feature. The extendable foot rest is great, too. My fiance assembled the chair in about 15 minutes with a power tool. I love that it allows me to lean back in the chair because I hate being stuck at 90 degrees. The little pouch attached to the chair to hold the massage remote is a nice touch... as i am always losing remotes!The cons: the arms don't adjust at all... I was hoping they could flip up or at least be able to go up and down. And the seat, while it does allow me to lay back, it also doesn't go up or down vertically. It seems like the mechanism isn't functioning correctly. Luckily, the default position of it seems to be a good height for me so I am not terribly bothered. I will probably contact the seller to have the hydraulic system part replaced. The chair itself is a little less cushy than I was anticipating but overall, not bad. I would akin it to a new car with leather seats. I've certainly had worse.As far as delivery: I was expecting to get it between Nov 29 and Dec 6. It arrived via FedEx Nov 24th. All the parts were there, and each part was individually packaged and appropriately wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent damage. The box was large but only about 60lbs, and I could fit it through my office door... which is surprising as its very narrow. However, there are no handles on the box.. so we cut our own to be able to handle it easier.Overall.... I'd say I am pretty pleased with my purchase. The pros outweigh the cons and the chair itself is very sturdy and looks great in my office. :)There are no instructions for putting it together. It sits pretty well but you can feel the massager parts when you sit down. The massager works great. The foot stool is very flimsy and I will never use it. I keep another foot stool near by that is much more reliable and sturdy.The delivery was fast. all the parts were there brand new. not hard to assemble just like any other chairs. the bottom seat vibrator is weak, but ok to use for 30min at a time.Here are the 3 main issues that I gave it 1 star. if you are like me buying an office chair with a massage, you want to sit in this chair for long time to work/play and relax your back with massage. but here are the issues:1. the vertical seat back vibrator design has 6 very uncomfortable hard plastic roller that pushes hard against your back as you sit against it for more that 15min, than it starts to hurt your back. the chair also puts pressure on your butt that is also uncomfortable.2. this is not a massager, it is a vibrator. it doesn't roll up and down. it doesn't knead. it only vibrates. the seat back vibrator only has high intensity setting and after 5min, it will vibrate so hard that your head starts to feel pain. imagine someone shaking you hard for 15min.3. the 5-wheel metal base is not what was shown in the picture. it has sharp edges and you can bang your foot heel against the sharp metal edge that hurts a lot.I had my family tried and they all had the same issues. Because this chair is so uncomfortable, you can't sit in this chair like a regular office chair even if you don't turn on the painful vibrator. this company doesn't know how to design an office chair, not to mention they definitely don't have medical knowledge to design a massage chair. they put a vibrator in a chair.No free returns. even it cost a lot of work and lot of money to ship this chair back, I returned it.The arms has a missing screw inside sealed bag. The seat is hard and stiff. Massage is loud and very shaky. Shipping is too much because of the heavy weight of the chair. Overall it’s not the best for the price. Disappointed. You can get a better quality at Office Depot for the same price.Very nice chair. Extremely comfortable. Vibrate so soothing my wife fell asleep while on a conference call working. And today as I sit here at my desk I am already to Switch back to my uncomfortable old old. There is not enough cushion so I feel the balls in my back which is super uncomfortable. The balls don’t move up and down the chair when on the stay pretty much in one spot. The chair does not lean back at all. The chair also sits up way to high my knees are pretty much an inch away from my desk and my feet don’t even touch the ground so It is not comfortable. Overall this chair is super uncomfortable the only nice thing is that it’s heAted but at the same time it’s only the butt that is heated not the back which is where I was hoping it was heated .
