I’m sure the chair would be comfortable, but the pre-drilled holes for the base plate and the seat did not line up. I was not able to screw in one of the support bolts and the chair has been off kilter since purchasePosting this picture to give you an idea on the color. It says ‘beige’ but I would describe it as a light yellow or cream, see the difference next to my beige wall and cabinet, it is even more yellowish than the picture captured. Assembly is easier if you push the leather down around the thread first, but as others reported, the holes may not line up, we put the arms on with the screws loose so we could line up the seat before we tightened them all. The wheels are not rolling smooth, they do include an extra, but you can get a set of 5 rollerblade type wheels for around $30 or so on Amazon and roll around freely on any floor surface, well worth the extra upgrade for us. It seems pretty comfortable but there isn’t a lumbar bump/support, you could use a pillow if needed, between that and the color, I will be returning and continue browsing on Amazon for a different chair.Just over 90 days and it broke. Phone number to there customer support disconnected so I am out the dollars for this and unable to use itI read the reviews about the time it takes to assemble this chair. It took me 30 minutes. All of my screws worked, meaning none were stripped. It is very comfortable, providing firm support to my back.Received package at 5:30 pm and completed assembly by 7:30 pm. Would have been sooner if holes all lined up perfectly. After some persuasion everything is good. I will say the instructions do suck. If you don't go online to fully understand how to put together or have completed one before you will get frustrated. Trying to line up bolts to go into holes you can't hardly see, is the biggest problem along with holes not being perfectly aligned with accessories.Overall it is a good solid chair that works fine. Will follow up with problems should they arise.The first chair I got was missing pieces. The second chair had a stripped screw hole that we were able to make work, but still disappointing that we couldn't secure the screw all the way. Comfort wise it's a great chair. Just wish the quality was a bit better when it comes to assembly.Solid chair at a good price. Not the luxury chair but it does the job and I’m a 300lb man sitting in this 10 hours a day.The finished product was good. Disappointed that it is difficult to adjust up/down, but seat is super comfortable. Lo único que no me gustó fue que el asiento y el respaldo se unen únicamente con los reposa brazos. El respaldo claramente no es reclinable, pero se puede vivir sin ello. ¡En serio, muy buena compra! (Ah, eso sí, ha llegado un poquitín manchada del respaldo, pero nada que no haya salido apenas con un trapito).Costo mucho trabajo armarla, no tiene soporte lumbar, solo está sujeta da de las barras para poner los brazos por unos pequeñísimo tornillos, temo que no dure mucho, queda chueca después de armarla dos veces, si es cómoda pero se me hace que no durará mucho, baja calidad y diseño poco inteligente.Es fácil de montar y es cómoda en general, sólo las ruedas no son de muy buena calidad, se atoran mucho y me gustaría que tuviera un mejor soporte lumbar, de ahí en fuera es una excelente sillaLos soportes metálicos de la base de la silla vienen chuecos y hay que calzar la silla, después de un par de meses de uso, el pistón para subir y bajar ya no sirveEs una excelente silla, muy cómoda, excelente soporte, es una silla Idela para ejecutivos o tener en la oficina, Ideal para home office, puedes pasar horas sentado y no cansarte de la espalda. Muy recomendable y el precio es muy accesible
