ok let me be clear this review in no way is intended to cast a bad reflection on amazon. i haven't contacted amazon nor do i entend to as this is nothing they can prevent. the first photo is the chair arm where the cup holder should be.The second is where i cut a split to install a cup holder.the third is where there is no holes in the arm rest so i can attach it to the chair. the fourth is the other arm rest with the holes made from the factory to allow for attaching to the chair. the 5th is a make it work cupholder i installed. i am 5' 11" tall and when sitting in the chair fully upright my feet will not touch the floor.This makes the swivel feature useless.The lumbar cushion is just in the box &the zipper was broken on the one i received.The chair itself is not comfortable to sit in. i think this is the first bad review i have ever written,but thought it was the right thing to do. I also do not blame the underpaid worker that mad the chair as i am sure he or she was just trying to make the impossible production goal set by the company making the real money from this product. i had bought a previous chair from amazon that i love it just did not have the foot rest feature. which is the only reason i bought this one,i hope this helps someone. The seller contacted me after i wrote this review and offered to send me a cupholder and replace the lumbar cushion. I did not write the review for that reason,however i think it is important that i add this addendum to the review to show the seller is willing to make an effort to satisfy the customer. i seriously doubt anyone is going to take the time to read my advised statement,however this seller has emailed me several times in an attempt to make things good with the product. i did ammend my review and give them another star for thier effort in trying to fix the initial product quality i received. i still do not like the chair but that is a personal taste and comfort issue not an issue with the quality of thier product.Doubt anyone will read this far down a review,but if you do this vendor did send me a cupholder to install in the chair.So i must say they did do all they could to fix this product.I was drawn to this chair because I liked the foot rest. I'm 6'4 and it's hard to find any chair that fights me on a budget. This one doesn't do a bad job but my feet def hang off. I expected this so I'm not deducting from my rating.The reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the chair has several issues. Assembly was a struggle and I ended up needed to get a second person involved. Also It doesn't feel like the back is secured to the bottom at all. As other people mentioned the chair has a flaw where when you sit on it, it sinks to the lowest setting. When you stand up it raises to the highest setting. This didn't bother me as much and since others mentioned it I was expecting it.Why I gave it 2 stars is I've had the chair less then 1 month and it's already broken. The chair is leaning forward at an extreme angle. It's not supposed to rock but it very clearly rocks. The chair leans as such an extreme angle I can't use the foot rest. My feet are pointed to the ground when I do. The footrest being down also prevents the chair from leaning forward. When I do try to lift the foot rest I have to push up and then the foot rest would come out.I would like to mention when I first assembled the chair it did not rock nor did it have this angle. I do use my chair daily (WFH) for an average of 10 hours a day. So it had a lot of use in this one months time but I defiantly expected it to last longer.Update/Edit: I've been working with the seller to troubleshoot some of the issues. After trying a few things they sent me a new chair. While I was waiting for that replacement my original chair broke off the pedestal it was resting on.The customer service they proved was very professional and extremely timely. I will give them props for that. However because the original chair lasted less then 1 month I'm not impressed with the cost of the chair and the quality I received.I've had this chair for a few months for my office for work and gaming I am already looking to replace it with something else I am in pain after about 20 - 30 minutesUpdate: the seller is trying to make this right and working on finding a solution. Bumped to 2 stars.Update 2: 3 star only based on the fact they sent a new seat. New seat arrived chair is more comfortable hopefully it lasts. I will Update review again if things change still working with seller on small refund they promised me.Good construction, very sturdy, easy to put together. For the price, I was a little sceptical, but after I got the chair, I was pleasantly surprised.Could use a better leg rest my boyfriend's feet hang off the end and he is 5'10Awesome chair, very comfy. But it’s not a massage chair, it only vibrates. There is no massaging in this chair, it’s a vibrating chair. Just buy a normal reclining gaming chair.The chair was very easy to put together. The massager is just different levels of vibration but not like the nails salon. Lever peice was broken when I opened the box. Waiting to hear back from customer serviceThe comfort of the chair is average. the massagers do feel good on the back. Fabric is very thin and any object will make an indentation. Sharp will cut it easily or puncture it. zippers were pulling apart when taken out of the box. Will be OK for short term use but will not stand up to heavy use.
