The chair does have arms, exactly as shown in the description photos, in spite of the item headline descriptions. The arms do not have the padded arm rests sometimes seen on armed desk chairs, but the arms are definitely there.The chair is comfortable and the lumbar support conforms perfectly to my back. The chair is "vegan" or "faux" leather, which is a layer of PU (polyurethane) over a layer of some fabric. I was worried the chair might be hot since the synthetic material does not "breathe" as well as real leather. However, possibly because of the horizonal upholstered lines or the dense padding, the chair was cool and comfortable. I immediately put on a small amount of leather conditioner, and intend to reapply now and then (since PU leather can dry out and crack if not cared for correctly).The chair has all the adjustments of high end office chairs: good pneumatic height adjustment, tension knob to adjust "tilt back" ease, 5 arm casters for stabilty, and high quality wheels.I anticipate many years of service from this quality, durable chair.
